Expedia experienced an outage during Thursday 12th of April that lasted approximately 10 hours before being solved. During that time bookings did not automatically transfer from Expedia to Sirvoy. We strongly advise that you enter these received bookings manually into Sirvoy, as soon as possible, as they will not be imported automatically after the outage ended.
If you have setup a “fall back” method with Expedia through their extranet then you should have received e-mail or faxes with the new Expedia bookings attached from Expedia.
