To all clients: please note that a bug has been discovered that has affected all clients. All automated emails that were sent between 2018-08-27 09:00 UTC and 2018-08-30 11:00 UTC were probably not received. This issue has since been resolved.
Booking confirmations, cancellations and manually sent emails were not affected. However, any other automated emails that were sent during this period must be manually resent. To check if emails have been sent for a particular booking, see the booking history for each reservation. If the email is listed as sent there, it has not been affected by this problem. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
